This page expresses the condition of returning of services or surrendering of services. Whenever there is any situation of surrender or returning of installed Internet services, there will be some mandatory actions need to be followed by the clients or customers or users.

   The person must have to inform  beforehand in order to surrender the connection through any social or online registered media to our team. Otherwise the billing system will not stop and will get added until the information received from the user of the services.

  At the time of surrender our team will visit the customer premises and take over the installed devices. 

  There will be no amount refunded as the charges paid at the time is against fiber installation , plan and IP activation.
